1 frying chicken, cut up
2 c. flour
1 c. corn meal
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/4 t. garlic powder
1 t. thyme
Milk to cover

Directions:
Directions:
Place the flour, corn meal and seasoning's together in a plastic bag.Shake to mix. Add the chicken to the bag and shake well to coat the chicken.Place the chicken in a greased casserole and cover with milk. Bake in a 350 oven for 60-75 minute's or until chicken is done
