1 lb. of fresh green beans
2 med. sweet onions or pearl onions sliced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1-2 tsp balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Steam beans and refrigerate.
In non-stick skillet over med. heat cook onions 8-10 minutes, do not stir.
Cook 10 more minutes while stirring often until brown.
Add butter and sugar.
Add green beans, cook until heated.
Toss with vinegar.
