2 packs of frozen spinach
2 tbsp. margarine
2 tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
garlic powder
salt and white pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese

Cook spinach, drain and squeeze out excess water.
Place in a casserole dish.
In small skillet mix margarine and flour with a fork.
When margarine is bubbling add milk slowly and stir with a fork until smooth.
Add salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Add to spinach and blend.
Add cheese on top.
Bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
