1 lb ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs or 1/2 c. oatmeal
1/3 c. minced onions
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
12 oz. jar chili sauce
1 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, crumbs, onions, milk, egg, parsley, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce together and shape into balls. Melt shortening in skillet and brown meatballs. Pour off fat. Heat chili sauce and 1 c. of brown sugar in skillet, stirring constantly . Add meatballs and stir until thoroughly coated. Simmer, for 30 minutes.
