8 whole wheat tortilla
2 cups cooked chopped chicken
1 dozen shrimp cooked and chopped
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat frying pan over med/low heat. Spray with Pam. Place a whole tortilla in pan. On 1/2 of tortilla layer with a portion of chicken, shrimp and cheese. Heat until tortilla bubbles. Fold over empty side. Press for 20 seconds. Remove from pan and slice into for wedges. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
