1 can Mexicorn - drained
1 can extra hot Rotel - drained
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. real Mayo
1 c. finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 bunch green onions - sliced (include part of the top)
pinch of sugar

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving - it's actually best if you mix it up the night before.



Serve with chips or crackers
