1 lb of carrots, cooked and mashed (about 2 cups)
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup cheese
1 cup cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons butter - melted
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cut-up carrots, covered in small amount of boiling, salted water for 15 to 20 minutes. Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
