1 c. cream
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together (for each Kuchen you'll need about 3/4 c. of the mixture).

First, roll the dough then a layer of fruit (peaches, prunes, cottage cheese, cherries, grated raw apples, apricots). Add the cream filling and sprinkle with cinnamon.
