8 oz. med. noodles, cooked
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. carrots, shredded
3 T butter
3 T. flour
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. milk
2- 6oz.cans tuna, drained
1/2 c.american cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and carrots in butter being careful not to burn the butter. Add soup, milk, tuna and flour to the onions and saute until thickened. Add the drained noodles and pour into a 2 quart casserole. Bake in a 375 oven 20-30 minutes. During the last 10 minutes sprinkle the cheese over the top of the casserole to melt. Garnish with parsley and serve.
