9 eggs 1 1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese 1 1/2 lb mild sausage (or bacon or ham) 3 cups milk 3 slices cubed white bread 1 teaspoon salt 3 teaspoon chopped onion Dash of pepper 1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Slightly brown sausage with onion. Crumble and drain on paper towel. Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stire in bread, sausage, and cheese. Put into 13 x 9 baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350º.
