1 box Rice Roni (Family Size)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 small onion
1 roll of sausage (hot or mild)
1 bag of shredded cheese (Sharp)

Directions:
The day before you serve:
Cook the Rice Roni. Cook the roll of sausage and crumble. Dice the small onion. Once the rice and sausage cool, combine in a large bowl with the diced onion.
The day that you serve:
Remove the rice combination from the refrigerator. Preheat the 2 cups of cream of chicken soup. Combine the cream of chicken soup, 2 cups of shredded cheese with the rice. Spoon the mixture into a baking dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. *Save a small handful of cheese to sprinkle on top and bake for additional 5 minutes.
