1 lb. lasagna noodles
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 lb. mozzarella cheese
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1 medium onion
1 1/2 c.water
1 small can tomato paste
3/4 t. oregano
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put your noodles in a pot of salted boiling water to cook. Saute the ground chuck and the onions together until the onions are translucent and the meat has browned slightly.Add the tomato paste,water and seasonings and simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside and drain your noodles well.Grease your lasagna pan and arrange the ingredients it as follows A thin layer of sauce, a layer of noodles,a layer of cheese, sauce, cottage cheese, noodles,and so on until noodles are used up. Top last layer with sauce and cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.Bake in a 350 oven for 60-90 minutes or until done and golden brown
