1 lb. ground chuck
1 c. tomatoes, crushed
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 t. salt
1 T sugar
1/2 t.pepper
1 1/2 t Mexicali chili powder
1/2 t.cumin
1 c. rice, uncooked
12 c tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground chuck lightly breaking the meat up as it cooks, add the onions and cook until onion start to turn translucent.Add the balance of the ingredient and simmer for 15 minutes. Transfer to a casserole and bake in a 350 oven for 25-30 minutes or until all liquid has been absorbed
