1 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 T. butter
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cheese (grated)

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, measure and sift with baking powder and salt. Work in butter and cheese with 2 spatulas or tips of fingers. Add milk. Mix quickly and lightly. Drop by teaspoonfuls on well oiled baking sheet. Bake in hot oven 12 minutes.
