1 large egg or 2 small eggs. beaten
2 c. bread cubes
1/4 c. milk
3/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 lb. ground chuck
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. carrots, shredded
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/4 c. green peppers,chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Shape into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan. Bake in a 350 oven for 30 -45 minutes or until firm.
During the last 15 minutes you can glaze the meatloaf with the following glaze.
1/4c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 T. mustard
Mix the ingredients together and spread over the top of your meatloaf
