6 c. bread, 1/2 inch cubes
1 medium onion, finely choppeed
1 med carrot, shredded
1 stalk celery finely sliced
1/2 c. chicken broth or milk
1 can mushroom soup
2 eggs, well beaten
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
2-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 T. sage.

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions,carrots,celery and garlic until onions are translucent. Add seasonings, broth and eggs. Remove from heat. Put bread cubes into a large bowl, add the vegetable mixture and lightly fold together making sure all the bread cubes are coated. If needed add a little milk to help hold the stuffing together. Place this stuffing in a casserole and bake in a 350 oven for 45-60 minutes or until it pulls away from the sides of the casserole and is lightly browned on top.
