chicken cut in serving pieces
1/2 stick butter
2 cloves garlic
1T Kitchen Bouquet
2 C dry red wine
salt, pepper, accent

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in larger casserole. Brown chicken on all sides in butter. When brown, add red wine, garlic, salt, pepper, Accent, Kitchen Bouquet. Simmer over slow fire one hour or until cooked.
