1 cup flour
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tps baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
2 medium apples peeled cored and diced

Directions:
Directions:
1. heat oven 350 coat pan with non stick spray
2. streusel stir ingredients together set aside
3. cake stir flou sugar baking powder and salt in large bowl.
4. beat in eggs
5. stir in butter and milk
6. add in flour and fold in. spoon half the batter in the pan to cover bottom. add half the apples and half streusel. spoon on remaining batter spread to cover sprinkle with half of streusel and remaing apples then remaining streusel
7. bake 1 hr 10 min - 1 hr 20 min.
or until wooden pick comes out clean. run knife around sides. invert cae onto rack. turn streusel side up and let cool
