4 lbs ground beef
2 onions chopped
1 1/2 cups parsley chopped
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
2 tsp basil
2 tsp marjoram
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup cooked quick brown rice
4 eggs
1 cup dried bread crumbs
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
1.) combine beef, onion, parsley, worcestershire, basil, marjoram, salt, & pepper. ( in large bowl).

2.) remove 1/4 of the mixture to a seperate bowl. Mix in cooked rice, shape into 4 equal patties, wrap in freezer wrap and freeze. (thaw in refrigerator)

3.) stir in eggs, bread crumbs, & milk, to the remaining mixture. flatten wrap batches seperatley and freeze. ( thaw in fridge)
