1/2 c. olive oil
1 lb. Jimmy DeanŠ Italian Sausage
10 oz. fresh mushrooms
3/4 tsp. sea salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1-10oz. pkg. frozen peas
1 lb. bow tie pasta
1/2 c. parmesean cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil and cook sausage until golden brown crumbs. Remove from pan with slotted spoon. Heat 2 more Tbsp. oil and add mushrooms, salt, & pepper. Saute until all liquid from mushrooms is evaporated. Add peas and saute. Return sausage to pan and cook to blend all flavors.

Cook pasta in separate pan reserving 1/2 c. cooking water. Return pasta to pot and combine with sausage mixture. Drizzle with oil. Season with salt and peppper. Add cheese and toss. Use cooking water when needed as pasta tends to become dry as it sits.
