6 c. milk (heated)
5 egg yolks ( beaten with 1 1/2 c. sugar)
4 T. flour
5 T. cornstarch
5 T. cream

Directions:
Directions:
Add to heated milk and cook until thickened. 1 tsp. vanilla. Melt 1/4 pound butter, add 20 crushed graham crackers, and 1/2 c. sugar. Mix thoroughly. Put 3/4 mixture in bottom of large baking pan or dish. Then add custard and beaten whites of eggs on top of custard. finish the top with cracker mixture. Bake in oven 15 minutes or until it browns slightly.
