2 lb. large shrimp, shelled & deveined
1 c. olive oil
1/4 c. chili sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
2 cloves garlic, mashed
3 Tbsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, chili sauce, salt, oregano, hot pepper sauce, garlic and lemon juice in a container with tight fitting lid. Add shrimp and marinate in refrigerator for 1-3 hours (or overnight). Remove shrimp from marinade and grill over hot coals for 3-5 minutes. Serve with white or brown rice.
