1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 cup white corn meal and 1 tsp. salt with 1 cup cold water, add mixture to 3 cups boiling water. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Cover and continue cooking for about 15 minutes.
