1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 mashed bananas
4 Tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix together sour cream and baking soda and set aside. In a separate bowl, beat together butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and bananas. Alternately add flour and sour cream mixture. Grease loaf pan. Bake at for 50-60 minutes.
