2 pkgs. (10 oz. ) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
3/4 c. grated parmasen cheese
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well-drained (squeezed dry) spinach with remaining ingredients. Form mixture into small balls and place on baking sheet. Bake in preheated 325 oven 15 minutes.
