3/4 c. brown sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, and salt. Stir milk in slowly. Cook, stirring slowly until thick. Add some to egg yolks and mix thoroughly. Add this back to pan. Cook 5 minutes longer. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Press plastic wrap on top of pudding and let cool. Spread into baked pie shell.
