1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. whole milk
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook in large heavy saucepan the sugars, flour, and milk until soft ball stage, stirring constantly.
Add butter and vanilla. DO NOT MIX. Set aside until cool. Stir vigorously to the right consistency and use immediately.
