5 lbs. chuck roast 2 c. ketchup 1 c. water 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp. mustard 4 Tbsp. vinegar 4 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 large onion, chopped 2 tsp. salt 2/3 c. sugar 1 c. diced celery dash pepper
Preheat oven to 350º.
Combine all ingredients and pour over roast. Cover and bake for 3-4 hours. Shred with fork. Serve on buns.
