1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, diced
1/4 c. ketchup
1 c. broth
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
dash of pepper
1/4 c. plain yogurt or sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Add ketchup, broth, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Stir in yogurt or sour cream just before serving. Serve over noodles or rice.
