3 chicken breasts
1/2 c. mayo
2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/8 c. chopped nuts ( I like almonds or pecans)
1 c. seedless grapes, halved

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breasts: drain, cool, and cut into small chunks. Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve on a bed of lettuce.

This recipe can also be used to make wonderful Tea Sandwiches: Remove crust from wheat bread, add salad as filling, and cut sandwiches into triangular quarters. Just lovely!
