1 pkg. lemon cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. poppy seed
1 pkg. instant coconut cream pudding
1 c. hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix altogether; beat about 5 minutes. Bake in greased loaf pans at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. When cool wrap tightly in heavy foil to moisten.
