Yolks from angel food cake plus 2 whole eggs
(Takes 1 1/2 c. egg whites for angel food cake)
3 T. milk or cream
2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat ingredients well. Start adding flour, 1 c. at a time until desired consistency. Roll out dough and let dry for two to three hours. Stack pieces of dough. Cut into strips, then cut into noodles.
