1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. Jiffy baking mix
1 c. mashed ripe bananas (2 to 3 med bananas)
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Preheat oven at 350 degrees then bake for 55 minutes.
