1 1/4 flour
1 stick butter melted
2 cup sugar
3/4 cup pecans-chopped
1 8oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 medium container Cool Whip
2 small pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour butter and 1/2 cup sugar until crumbly, add nuts. Press into bottom of 9x11 baking dish and bake for 10 minutes at 350 . Cool.
Whip together cream cheese, 1 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 of Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust.
Mix together the pudding mix and milk according to pkg. directions. Spread on top of pan. Top with rest of Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
