2 boned chicken breasts
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. onions salt
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
3/4 cup butter
1 1/4 lb. zucchini-julienne strips
1 cup heavy cream
1 lb. spinach fettuccine ( or plain)
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 tbsp. basil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the chicken breasts in half and roll in a mixture of the flour and salts. Cook in a little olive oil for about 30 minutes. Drain and slice in 1/2 inch strips. In a large deep skillet, saute mushrooms in 1/4 cup butter over medium heat for 2 min. Add zucchini and 1/2 cup butter cut into pieces. Then add cream and heat this mixture to almost a boil. Then simmer for 3 min.
Boil noodles until done. Drain them in a colander and add to skillet with other mixture. Add cheese, parsley and basil and chicken and toss lightly. Serve.
