5 c. rolled oats
2/3 c. sunflower seeds
1/4 c. sesame seeds
2/3 c. almonds, sliced or chopped
2/3 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. coconut flakes
1/2 c. extra-light olive oil
2/3 c. honey
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine olive oil, honey, vanilla, and spices in pan and heat on low, stirring occasionally. DO NOT BOIL. Combine all other ingredients in large mixing bowl. Pour hot mixture over dry ingredients and mix well. Spread out on two greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 approximately 20 minutes, stirring once or twice during baking. Allow to cool before storing in tight containers or ziplock bags. Add your favorite dried or fresh fruit.
