1 head of lettuce
1 head of cauliflower
1 lb. bacon - fried and crumbled
1 medium onion - chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Layer ingredients in big salad container.
Dressing:
1 pint real mayonnaise
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. sugar
Spread dressing on top of salad and let sit overnight in refrigerator. Toss before serving.

I got this recipe many years ago from friends. It makes a big batch for big family gatherings or picnics. I would sometimes add frozen peas with the layers of lettuce, onion and bacon.
