1 bag baby spinach
1 pt. fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 C. nuts
2 - 4oz. crumbled Gorgonzola or Feta cheese

Dressing
1/4 C. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 c. safflower oil
3 T. raspberry vinegar
1-2 t. maple syrup or honey
1/2 small garlic squished- use small amount so not to overwhelm this dressing.

Directions:

Place all salad ingredients in large bowl.
Whisk dressing until emulsified, add to salad and toss.
