1/2 C. whole almonds
2 C. sliced skinless chicken breast
1 C. dried apricots, quartered
2 celery ribs, chopped
Dressing
1 C. fat-free plain yogurt
4 T. fresh cilantro, chopped
2 T. dijon mustard
2 t. orange zest
2 t. honey
3 whole wheat pitas

Directions:
Directions:
Toast almonds on baking sheet for 7-8 mins in 300 oven. Let almonds cool and mix all ingredients together. Spoon 1/2 C. chicken salad into each pita half. May be served with mixed greens.
