1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. hamburger
1 can creamed corn
4-6 large potatoes
1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cook potatoes 'til done. Drain potatoes and mash with butter and enough milk to reach desired consistancy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. In skillet, saute onion in small amount of oil. Add hamburger, salt and pepper to taste, and cook until meat is no longer pink. Spray a 2 qt. cassarole dish with cooking spray and layer drained hamburger mixture on the bottom. Next, layer creamed corn over hamburger and then cover top with final layer of mashed potatoes. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 40 minutes
