2 c. egg whites at room temperature
dash salt - beat until frothy
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla - beat to soft peaks
1 1/2 c. sugar - add gradually and beat to stiff peaks
1 1/2 c. cake flour the 2 T. - sift together
3/4 c. sugar - sift with flour mixture
Fold in flour mixture.

Bake 35 minutes in 375 oven on bottom rack in
ungreased angel food cake pan.
