2 T. rice wine vinegar
1 T. minced celery
1 1/2 t. tomato paste
1 t. fresh lemon juice
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 C. peanut oil
2 T. water
1 T. soy sauce
1 1/2 t. sugar
1/4 t. salt

Combine all ingredients in a blender on medium speed for 3 -5 seconds.
