1lb. hamburger, or, 2 chicken breasts (skinned, boned, and cut into bite-sized pieces)
2-3 c. beef or chicken broth
(2) 14.5 oz. cans kidney beans
(2) 14.5 oz. cans shoe fly corn
(1) 14.4 oz. can tomato pieces
1 pkg taco seasoning ( can use cumin instead)
1 onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Fry hamburger (or chicken breasts) with chopped onion..Drain any excess fat.. Next 'throw' all remaining ingredients, including all liquid in cans, together and heat .

I serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, Fritos corn chips and chunks of avacados..You serve with your favorites.
