2 c. milk
6 tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt..

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Well-grease 12 oven-proof cups, popover pan, or 12-cup large-size muffin tin. Using an electric mixer on low speed, beat eggs until frothy. Add milk and butter, beating well. Next add flour and salt. Continue beating on low speed until all is well blended. Pour into prepared cups, pan or tin. Bake for 50 minutes. DO NOT OPEN OVEN WHILE THEY ARE BAKING!! Serve with butter and your favorite jelly and/or preserves..
