1 Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough Roll..
8 oz. Cool Whip..
8 oz. cream cheese, softened..
Fruit: I use mandarin oranges, bananas (sliced), strawberries (halved), kiwi, and grapes.(You use your favorites)...Have enough to cover a cookie sheet...
2 tbsp. lemon juice..
2 tbsp. corn starch or 4 tbsp. flour..
1/3 c. sugar..
1-1/2 c. fruit juice ( mandarin orange, orange, or peach).

Grease a large cookie sheet and 'squish' the cookie dough onto it until it is completely covered...Bake at 350 for 10 minutes....Mix together the Cool Whip and cream cheese and spread on cooled cookie crust...Next, cover cream cheese with your fruits...Set Cookie sheet aside....Boil the fruit juice, lemon juice, corn starch (or flour) and sugar until thickened, Cool slightly and then pour over fruit...
