Ingredients:
Roast (size of your choice)
salt and pepper
2-4 beef boullion cubes
water
baby carrots
cast iron skillet
roasting pan with lid

Directions:
Directions:
Heat up skillet on high heat, and as skillet is heating season roast on all four sides with salt and pepper. Using a large fork, lift the roast into the skillet. Let brown on all four sides (this will keep juices in during roasting). Once you’re done searing the roast on all sides place it into your roasting pan. Now turn down heat to medium and add water and your bouillon cubes. Smush the cubes with you fork and scrape the bottom of pan. When cubes are all dissolved pour the liquid over roast and add enough water to bring it up 1/4 the way up the roast. Add baby carrots if you wish, (they taste great cooked in those juices. Place lid on and bake at 350º till desired doneness.
