2 lbs. fish (king and amberjack - chopped well)
7 hard boiled eggs, mashed well
1 sweet onion, finely chopped
1 small garlic clove, minced
cayenne pepper to taste, also black pepper to taste
just enough mayo or plain yogurt, to moisten

Mix well, and serve with hot sauce and crackers or chips
