2 c. flour
1 c. oleo
1/2 c. cream
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. grated Swiss, Monterey Jack, or Parmesan cheese
flour (for rolling out)
1 egg white
cheese (for top)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450.

Cut oleo into flour. Mix in whipping cream and vinegar. Stir in cheese. Roll out onto flour board to 1/4 inch thick using a doughnut cutter. Place on ungreased cooking sheet. Chill for 30 minutes. Brush with egg white. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve hot.
