1 c. dried lima beans
6 medium sized carrots
2 large onions
3/4 lb. hamburger
1 Tbsp. fat
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 1/4 c. canned tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans over night in 4 cups cold water. Cook until tender. Cut carrots and onions in salted water until tender, drain. Brown hamburger quickly in hot fat and combine with vegetables. Add seasoning, vinegar, and mustard. Preheat oven at 350. Bake in a casserole dish for 30 minutes.

I put the mixture in a crock pot.
