1lb.13oz. can sliced peaches
1/2 C. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
1/8 t. salt
2 C. frozen whole strawberries, partially thawed
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. butter
10oz. can refrigerated flaky biscuits
cinnamon and sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Drain peaches, saving 1/2 C. juice. In large saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir in 1/2 C. peach juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in peaches, strawberries, lemon juice and butter; cook until hot and bubbly. Pour into 2 Qt. casserole or 9" square baking dish. Separate biscuits into 10, cut each in half, forming 20 half circles. Arrange cut side down around edge of casserole. Sprinkle biscuits with cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
